By downloading, installing, or using Astro App ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What the App is

Astro App is an on-device Kundli (Vedic birth chart), numerology, and tarot app. It calculates planetary positions, Rashi/Nakshatra placements, numerology numbers, and tarot draws using its own built-in calculation engine — all processed locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what data is handled and how.

2. Entertainment and self-reflection disclaimer

• All Kundli readings, numerology reports, tarot card interpretations, and any related content shown in the App are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They reflect traditional astrological, numerological, and tarot systems of belief, and their validity is a matter of personal belief, not scientific consensus.
• The App does not guarantee that any event described or suggested in a reading — regarding your career, marriage, relationships, finances, health, or any other life matter — will actually occur. No content in the App should ever be read as a certain or definite prediction of the future.
• Content in the App is not a substitute for advice from a qualified financial advisor, doctor, lawyer, therapist, or other licensed professional. Do not make major financial, medical, legal, or relationship decisions based solely on this App's content — consult an appropriate qualified professional for matters that genuinely require one.
• Numerology and tarot interpretations are drawn from long-standing traditional systems reproduced and presented by the App; they are not personalized professional counsel and do not account for facts about your life the App has no way of knowing.

3. Accuracy of calculations

• The App's planetary-position calculations use established public-domain astronomical methods (following Jean Meeus's "Astronomical Algorithms") and the Lahiri (Chitrapaksha) ayanamsa, India's standard sidereal reference for Vedic astrology. While built and checked carefully, these are mathematical approximations, and we do not guarantee they will always exactly match every other Kundli calculator or a professional astrologer's own chart.
• Numerology calculations follow standard, well-documented Pythagorean and Chaldean methods. Tarot draws use the standard 78-card deck and a simple, unbiased random selection.

4. Your account

The App offers an optional account, created using a one-time login code sent to your email (no password). Signing in lets you save your birth details/Kundli, your Kundli Milan (compatibility) history, and see a personalized daily horoscope. You do not need an account to use the App's Kundli, numerology, or tarot calculators — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what is stored if you do sign in.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App — including attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to its systems, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Content and intellectual property

The App's calculation engine, interpretive text, tarot card data, and design are our own original content or used under a license we hold. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative products from this content without our written permission.

7. No warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any calculation, reading, or interpretation will be accurate, complete, or suited to your particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — financial, emotional, or otherwise — arising from your use of the App or from any decision made based on its content. Use the App at your own discretion and always apply your own judgment, and where appropriate a qualified professional's advice, before acting on any decision that matters.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Astrology, tarot, and numerology apps and services are lawful in India; there is no dedicated regulator for this category, and general consumer-protection law (the Consumer Protection Act, 2019) applies, which is why Sections 1–3 above and our Astrology Disclaimer are written the way they are — to keep every piece of content in the App honest, belief-based, and free of any definite-outcome or guaranteed-result claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, notify you in the App.
